These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for using Teesplus. By accessing or shopping on our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please avoid using the site.

1. Overview

Teesplus is an online fashion store based in Nairobi, Kenya. We sell clothing and footwear to customers across the country. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who uses our services.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or guardian. You also agree to provide accurate information during checkout and use the website in accordance with Kenyan law.

3. Products & Availability

We work hard to keep product details, pricing, and availability updated. However, products may run out of stock, and slight variations in colour may occur due to screen differences. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you for an alternative option or a refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). We strive for accuracy, but pricing errors may occur. If we discover a mistake, we will notify you before processing the order. You may choose to continue with the corrected price or cancel the order.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, in the case of cash on delivery for Nairobi, once your details are verified. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cash on delivery in selected Nairobi areas.

Orders may be cancelled or rejected if fraudulent activity is suspected, delivery details are incomplete, or the product is unavailable.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as fast and smoothly as possible:

  • Nairobi & Nearby Areas: Delivery is handled by our own riders or trusted partners.
  • Outside Nairobi: We ship using reliable courier services across Kenya.

While we do our best, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.

7. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive an item you are not satisfied with, kindly contact us within 48 hours. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition for a return or exchange to be considered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Worn or washed items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Wrong sizes if the correct size was delivered (size charts are provided)

If approved, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Return courier fees apply unless the mistake was ours.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order only if it has not been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For Nairobi cash-on-delivery orders, refusal upon delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, create multiple accounts to exploit promotions, or interfere with site security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Teesplus—including images, logos, designs, and text—is owned by Teesplus. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your information is used solely to process orders, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience. We do not share or sell your personal data except to delivery or payment partners involved in completing your order.

12. Limitation of Liability

Teesplus is not liable for damages resulting from courier delays, incorrect address details, misuse of products, or events beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the item purchased.
